Founded in 1932, FIBA, the International Basketball Federation, is the world governing body for basketball. The FIBA Basketball World Cup tournament, which takes place every 4 years, has historically been limited by local third-party ticket vendors that have created challenges for the brand, global partners and individual ticket buyers. Adding to these obstacles was the logistics of managing a tournament that would simultaneously take place in five venues across three nations.
