want in the future and we were right: In the 2020s, companies are seeking more control over their money, brand, data and functionality. We believe that the smartest businesses never stop building. TicketSocket stands actively at the cutting edge of ideas that drive sales and conversions.

We’re also committed to helping companies understand the value 
of new technologies and iterative processes. There was a significant challenge in educating the market on how valuable their customer data truly was and why they shouldn’t be giving it away to other non-white label ticketing companies.

Philanthropic Work

We’re grateful for all the opportunities the work of TicketSocket has given us, and recognize the importance of giving back.  
Our company makes an annual donation to the youth USAT foundation and we’ve also partnered with UNICEF for over a decade. Our rotating community involvement, especially in southern California and southern Florida where our offices are located, includes universities, museums, Cystic Fibrosis, MS foundations, and more.

Mark Miller, a native of Detroit, Michigan, brings over a decade 
of experience in developing innovative web-based software applications across diverse industries globally.

His expertise spans enterprise ticketing frameworks, cutting-edge payment systems, automated marketing platforms, and dynamic social marketing tools used by leading organizations. With a passion for empowering dynamic startups, Mark serves on multiple boards and consults for various organizations. As the founder of TicketSocket, he has been instrumental in developing backend technology systems for day-to-day operations and scalability. Mark’s pioneering digital processes have revolutionized sales and onboarding automation, while his strategic networking has forged impactful partnerships. His skill set encompasses entrepreneurship, business development, software architecture, team building, and strategic planning, driving exponential growth and success.

Gary Lee / Chief Operating Officer

Gary Lee oversees daily operations and strategic initiatives. 
With a background in business management and accounting, 
he excels in optimizing processes and driving performance.
